01The Problem
Businesses needed a trusted marketplace to find verified logistics providers globally, with real-time shipment visibility, secure payment handling for high-value shipments, and multi-channel notifications.
02The Solution
Built the React Native mobile app for iOS and Android with deep linking, push notifications, real-time map-based tracking, and offline capability. Developed the React web portal in parallel, sharing business logic utilities across both. Integrated Stripe with an escrow-style hold-and-release payment flow for verified delivery, Twilio for SMS/OTP/WhatsApp notifications, and Firebase Firestore for live status updates. Set up and managed the full AWS infrastructure personally.
