01The Problem
A manufacturing company managed procurement, inventory, production, HR, dispatch, and accounts across disconnected spreadsheets - causing data errors, delays, and zero real-time visibility for management.
02The Solution
Designed and built a modular ERP from scratch: department-specific React modules with RBAC for each team, a .NET REST API with full audit logging on every mutation, and KPI dashboards surfacing real-time production metrics and low-stock alerts. Set up the full Hostinger VPS infrastructure - Nginx reverse proxy, SSL, PM2, systemd, cron-based automated database backups, and firewall configuration.
